Quality Process

In an ongoing desire to improve services to passengers and airlines, Toulon-Hyères international airport has undertaken a quality process and in February 2005 was awarded quality certification in accordance with ISO 9001 version 2000.

The purpose of such certification is twofold:

Internally

It allows the method of functioning and therefore the service to passengers to be improved.

Externally

It increases the level of confidence among passengers in the services offered, thus boosting the brand image and the name of the airport.

Obtaining this certification is part of our overall process of improving quality. This is carried out in a progressive and continuous manner with transparency and efficiency in mind, across the entire airport.

Its aims are:

  • to improve passenger satisfaction
  • to reduce operational errors
  • to improve coordination between human and technical resources necessary for the running of flights
  • to carry out safety activities in the airport
  • to develop an environmental policy
