The information desk at Toulon Hyères international airport is open :
- Mondays to Fridays 05h15 to 22h15
- Saturdays 8h15 to 20h30
- Sundays 10h30 to 22h15
Reception staff are available to help you 7 days a week to answer your questions:

- To direct you to the various airport services
- as a central point for your complaints and comments

Directly at airport at Tourist Information reception desk located in the centre of the terminal's Departures hall. An additional desk is also open on the Arrivals level to greet passengers from each arrival.
Thanks to the partnership between the General Council and Var Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Tourist Information service will provide you with tourist information about our department in addition to passenger information.
Book you plane ticket or purchase your Travel Park ticket at the airport.
To ease your journey and make it more enjoyable, a number of automated services are available to you.

Do you need cash? You will find an ATM on the level of the Arrivals hall.
Baggage dispute service
Too short a connection, a logistical problem, a technical incident... You get off your plane and your luggage hasn't arrived? Don't worry!
If a piece of your luggage is missing, the Baggage Service is available to help you. You will be advised and your effects will be delivered to you following your statement.
This service is located on Level -1 in the Arrivals hall.

A mailbox is located outside the terminal building.
The lifting is done every morning from Monday to Saturday.
Baggage carts equipped with coin are available in the halls Departure and Arrival, front of the terminal and car parks.
Tokens are available at the information point in the terminal.
In case of need or information, thank you to present directly to the aid station, located in the arrival hall of the airport.
No more waiting! Print your boarding card at an Air France self-service kiosk.
Located in the main hall (Departures hall), the Air France self-service kiosks allow you to check-in to Air France and Régional CAE flights, to choose your seat and print your boarding card without any fuss.
The Wi-Fi service is available, free and unlimited, within the terminal. Through this, you can surf the net, check your emails and visit your company network through your laptop.
You can connect in all the airport's public areas (departures and arrivals halls, snack bar, restaurant, boarding lounge).
