People with disabilities

Information regarding people with disabilities

To ease access to aeroplanes and ensure maximum comfort and safety for disabled people (using manual or motorised wheelchairs) when travelling, it is essential that you advise the company during booking (generally, at least 48 hours before your departure) and confirm before arriving at the airport.
Your carrier will be in a better position to offer you a quality service if you advise them as early as possible, ensuring that you specify the type of disability and the assistance required. The airline will thus be able to make all their resources available to you.

In need of assistance please call: +33 (0)6 13 54 62 26 - +33 (0)4 94 00 83 45

Toulon Hyères International Airport has put into place a set of services designed to ease access to the terminal by disabled people (many parking places near the terminal, ramps, escalators, lifts, disabled toilets).
We should like to draw your attention to the fact that looking after disabled people is carried out solely during presentation at check-in desks
