Respect for Ethical Principles
VINCI Group constantly raises its standards of ethical transparency, which is essential to the trust between employees and clients. Thus, VINCI Group has formalized all the conduct rules and best practices that employees must follow through an ethical charter. These fundamental principles are based on respect for individuals and legality, the fight against corruption, and the prevention of conflicts of interest. This charter can be consulted at any time by all employees. Each department is then organized to ensure that everyone complies with the rules, notably through an internal control system that has been implemented.
Social Dialogue and Consultation
The quality of social relations is an essential element for the overall performance of the company. SEATH therefore makes it a priority to foster active social dialogue with employee representative bodies.
Professional Equality
SEATH considers professional equality between women and men as a major issue, a guarantee of social cohesion and economic and social progress.
With an overall score of 100 out of 100 (equality index) for the year 2022, detailed by indicator as follows:
- Indicator 1: Gender pay gap (40/40 points)
- Indicator 2: Difference in individual raise rates between women and men (35/35 points)
- Indicator 3: Percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave (15/15 points)
- Indicator 4: Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest-paid employees (10/10 points).
And an overall score of 100 out of 100 for the year 2021, 94 out of 100 for the year 2020, and 89 out of 100 for the year 2019, SEATH confirms its position as a company committed to professional equality between women and men. It reaffirms its determination to continue its efforts towards gender diversity, with special attention given to career development and pay equality.
