What is the procedure to follow for lost objects or luggage?

Abandoned luggage

Please watch carefully your own luggage.
Be careful and notify airport officials in case of abandoned luggage.
Any abandoned luggage will be destroyed.
Be careful: Do not accept packages from third parties whatever the reason.

Lost luggage

If you have not retrieved your luggage upon arrival, you have to declare it missing to your airline who will instigate a search.

The airline or its assistant will give you a file number which you shall keep.

You will be informed as soon as your luggage is found. To keep track of your file you can contact your airline’s luggage service or use its online luggage search tool.

Lost items

Objects found in or around the airport are taken to the information desk in the Departures hall.

To recover your items: information desk is open every day according to flight schedules.
