PRM assistance service
As soon as you have made your reservation or at least 48 hours before departure, please inform your airline company, your tour operator or your travel agent of the type of disability and the assistance required. The airline will thus be able to make all their resources available to you.
The airport cannot accept requests directly from the passenger.
Yet, Toulon Hyeres airport pays specific attention to assistance to Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM) and therefore undertakes to ensure application of July 5, 2006 EC Regulation no.1107/2006 on the rights of disabled people and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air.
The airport has consequently implemented dedicated organization and resources so as to achieve the objectives set in terms of quality standards:
- Accessibility to all desks and services, lifts, accessible toilets…
- Close to 15 PRM parking spaces available in P1 car park (lane H) and P2 car park (lane N)
- A dedicated drop-off spot (requiring the presence of a driver behind the wheel and limited to the passenger's management time only)
